Before contacting us, please review this checklist for eligibility:
- Each product page will declare whether or not the item is a non-returnable final sale.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item for the order to be eligible for return.
- You must have proof of purchase (normally, an email receipt with the order number).
Initiating a Return Claim
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. To start a return / replacement claim, simply email email@example.com.
Replacing and Refunding
Our policy is to send replacements or replacement parts for products that:
- Arrive damaged
- Are defective or suffer quality issues
Natural variations are common in most of our products, which will be mentioned in the product description. Products that arrive slightly different than the one in the picture do not qualify as a quality issue. For certain one-of-a-kind items, the size, color or design may vary greatly from the product shown, however these items will include a separate One-Of-A-Kind disclaimer in the description.
If the damaged/defective item is out of stock, discontinued or is a one-of-a-kind item, we will then issue a refund towards your original form of payment. Usually this is the credit/debit card you used during purchase. This refund amount will be equal to the item’s original price. Depending on the item in question, we may either arrange for the item to be returned at our cost before issuing a refund, or simply advise you to keep it.
If you wish to return your item for a refund for reasons other than damage, quality issues or incorrect item, we will arrange pickup for your item to be returned and the cost of that return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
