SHIPPING POLICY

1. We offer local delivery to Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.    
If your zip code does not appear when you go to check out or you have trouble,    
please contact us at (305) 633-1355 and will be happy to assist you.     
    
2. Delivery times for our covered delivery areas are usually scheduled within    
7 days. We can sometimes offer same day delivery if you place your order before    
10:30 am    
    
3. If your building requires a certificate of insurance you must provide us with     
the details and allow time for us to secure the document. If the certificate    
requires special language that our insurance company charges us for, we will    
let you know what that charge is (usually no more than $50).    

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

Returns for exchange, store credit or refund are accepted     within 5 days of purchase. Merchandise that is being held longer than 2 weeks is not eligible for refund. If item is not returned at time of delivery and our truck and delivery team have to pick it up, a delivery fee will be charged.

What is your shipping policy?
We deliver on our delivery truck to Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties. Our delivery fee is
$75 in Miami- Dade, $85 in Broward and $125 and up for Palm Beach and Monroe. We do not ship outside our
delivery area. If you are interested in having items shipped outside our delivery area, call us at (305) 633-1355
for assistance. 
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase or delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost. 

We schedule all deliveries within 7 days of purchase (with the exception of deliveries outside of Miami Dade and Broward counties) If we hold the merchandise longer than 7 days, the 5 day return policy is not valid and items cannot be returned for refund. 

Unless you return the item on our delivery truck at time of delivery, you will be charged another delivery fee for us to pick up.
What material are your Buddhas made from?
Most are made from GRC, glass reinforced concrete, it's lighter than traditional concrete but very
strong and durable. This material does very well indoors and outdoors however the finish (paint)
will age over time.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as cash and check in our warehouse showroom location.
